We want you to love and cherish what you have ordered from us. But if you find that something is not right and you’re looking to return or exchange the merchandise, let us know, we would love to help you out.
In a highly unlikely event of any ordered merchandise that you have received is in bad condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is not the one you ordered, you may return the merchandise to us.
We only offer exchange for the purchased merchandise. You can again pick and choose from other sizes that are currently available for the product. For us to, process the exchange the product should be returned in its original condition as received, should be unused and with its original packaging/box & tags. The merchandise return is valid within 3 (three) days from the date on which these goods were received.
Steps to exchange items:
- To set the process rolling, please send an email to our sales department at email@example.com. Mention, “Item exchange and invoice number” in the subject line of email.
- Please attach the copy of invoice with the email and mention the new size.
- Our team will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange request (approved or rejected). We will proceed in case of the availability.
Once you get an approval message/email from our side, you can ship the item to the below address.
