What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can’t cancel your order after being paid.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the GCC, Europe, Canada and United States countries. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our sales team at sales@noura-sulaiman.com.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 48 hours to process it for delivery. Anyway, the estimated delivery within Saudi Arabia is two days, and four days outside of Saudi Arabia.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using Credit Card, Mada or ApplePay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

We can only exchange your items within 3 days (three) from receiving the item in case the item is damaged or defective.
